Transparent glass enables control of the level inside the dispenser. The key lock secures access to the liquid. A photocell system with 3 C batteries (batteries not included). Information lights: green diode (blinking) - correct dispenser operation and position. Green diode - an object is too close to the photocell. Red diode (blinking) - low battery level.
