Setting the day of the week and the time when the oven is switched on so that it can heat up before the staff arrives. Setting the desired speed and direction in which the conveyor belt moves. Independent setting of top and bottom heating parameters allows for individual adjustment of the cooking parameters to specific products. Large glass front door with convenient handle enables you to monitor the baking process and ensures easy access to the cooking chamber during cleaning or servicing.
